FlipSync reads your sold orders on that marketplace in a background window, then you tick the ones to add. Sales already in FlipSync are greyed out. A sale of something still in Inventory marks that item sold and takes it down from your other marketplaces.

Connections
FlipSync works through the marketplace accounts you're signed into in this browser. Your passwords never leave the marketplace's own login page.
Find listings
A window opens while your shop is scanned, because shops only load more items as you scroll. Leave it open; it closes itself.
More platforms
Add the marketplaces you sell on. Beta platforms use FlipSync's generic auto-fill and haven't been tested live yet. Sales there ask you to confirm before anything is removed elsewhere.
Seller profile
Everything marketplaces ask for when you open an account. Fill it in once and FlipSync fills in each sign-up form for you.

FlipSync on your phone
At flipsync.co.uk/phone you can photograph items and start their listings, and keep an eye on your inventory and sales.
FlipSync keeps a copy on flipsync.co.uk for your phone to show: each item's title, brand, size, price, SKU, storage spot, tags, where it's listed (with links) and the last 90 days' sales, with a small picture. Not your costs, descriptions or buyers. Switching it off deletes the copy.

Performance
How hard FlipSync works your computer during big jobs: bulk imports, sale checks and bulk posting. Pick a lower setting if your computer slows down or freezes while importing. Applies straight away, even to an import that's running.
Your details
Your name, contact details, address, shop and business details now live on their own page and fill marketplace sign-up forms for you.
Open your seller profileTemplates
Reusable details for listings you make often (e.g. "Nike tees": brand, condition, category and a standard footer). Apply one from the listing form: it fills only empty fields and adds its description as a footer. You can also save the listing form as a template ("Save as template…").
Backup
A file with everything you've set up: every item, photo and listing link, expenses, templates, all your settings (fees and price rules too), your profile and photo, and which marketplaces you use. Restoring fills all of that back in. Items already here are kept as they are; ones you don't have are added.
