What does early access mean?
FlipSync is new. Everything on this page works today, and we ship improvements every week, often from what subscribers tell us. Marketplaces change their sites now and then, so you may hit the odd rough edge: report it from FlipSync (Settings › Help › Report a problem) and we fix it fast. Subscribe during early access and you keep your price.
How do the plans work?
FlipSync is free to download. On Free you pay £2 per item with credits, and they never expire. Or subscribe with your email and a card: Lite (£10 a month: 25 items for sale at a time on up to 3 marketplaces) or Full (£25 a month: unlimited, every marketplace). Subscriptions are charged straight away and then every month until you cancel. You can switch plans from your account page. Cancel any time from your account page and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
How do credits work?
A credit costs £2 and posts one item to as many marketplaces as you like.
- You pay once per item. Posting it again, relisting, editing or taking it down is free.
- Buy as many as you need from your account page. They never expire.
- On Lite, a credit covers an item that goes over your plan: more than 25 items for sale, or more than 3 marketplaces.
- Posting a lot? Lite or Full can work out cheaper, and you can switch any time.
Which browsers does it work in?
Google Chrome on Windows, Mac and Chromebook, and other Chromium browsers like Edge and Brave. It doesn't run on phones, because mobile browsers don't support extensions, but you can add items on your phone at flipsync.co.uk/phone and post them from your computer.
Is there a phone app?
Yes. Open flipsync.co.uk/phone on your iPhone or Android phone, sign in with your FlipSync email and add it to your home screen. Take the photos and fill in the details there, and the item waits in FlipSync on your computer, ready to post everywhere. It can show your inventory and sales too, once you switch on Show my inventory on my phone in FlipSync's Settings. It's included in Lite and Full.
How do I install it?
FlipSync is on the Chrome Web Store: press Add to Chrome, then sign in to your FlipSync account when it opens. It updates itself.
Will it get my marketplace accounts banned?
FlipSync fills in the same forms you would, in your own browser, one at a time on each site. It doesn't use hidden APIs or log in from servers. As with any tool, follow each marketplace's rules and don't post duplicate listings on the same site.
Does it work with my existing listings?
Yes. Find listings scans your eBay, Vinted or Depop shop and imports everything you tick, with photos, prices, SKUs and item specifics.
What does "beta" mean for the other marketplaces?
eBay, Vinted, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Preloved, Wadded, Reluv and Bidzzy are tested end to end on real accounts: posting, recording the listing, and taking it down when it sells elsewhere. The beta marketplaces fill most of the form for you but may need a check before posting, and we improve them as their sites change.
Where is my data stored?
On your computer, in Chrome's storage for the extension. Back it up to a file from Settings at any time. Your items only reach us in two ways, both your choice. An item you save on your phone waits with us until your computer collects it, then it's deleted. And if you switch on Show my inventory on my phone, we keep a copy of your listings and recent sales (titles, prices, SKUs, storage spots, where they're listed and a small picture; never costs, descriptions or buyer details) so your phone can show them. Switching it off deletes that copy. We never see your marketplace passwords.
Is the tax page tax advice?
No. It's a record-keeping aid that applies the published HMRC thresholds to your own figures. If you're not sure whether you're trading, check GOV.UK or ask an accountant.
How do I cancel?
Sign in to your account page and press Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
